I’m flying to Nice Airport next month and will be arriving late in the afternoon. What options do I have to get to the centre of town? Is the tram reliable, or should I take a taxi or bus?

I know there are several travel options when you arrive at Nice airport. I was met by friends who had driven there, so I didn’t have to find my own way. But I did check my options before flying, just in case my friends couldn’t pick me up.
The tram runs every 10 minutes and is a 30-minute journey to the city centre.
There’s a frequent bus service that runs along the Promenade des Anglais and also stops in the Old Town.
Both the tram and the train are inexpensive options.
A taxi is a good option if you are traveling with lots of luggage or can share the cost. It’s a fixed rate of 32 euros and will, of course, take you to your exact location.
And there’s also a train. Use the train if you want to go to Monaco.
